Pak Tak International Limited announced that on 21 January 2026, Tengyue Holding Limited, a substantial shareholder, disposed of 980,000,000 shares of the company, representing approximately 17.41% of issued shares. The transactions were executed through off-market trades to several transferees who are independent of and unconnected with Pak Tak International Limited and its connected persons.

Following completion of the disposal, Tengyue Holding no longer holds any shares of Pak Tak International Limited and thus ceases to be a substantial shareholder.
