On 22 September 2026, BOC Aviation Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.bocaviation.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously requested hard copies will receive them by mail; additional printed versions remain available upon request at no cost via Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited or by email to bocaviation.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
Aligned with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing initiative effective 31 December 2023, BOC Aviation has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. These documents will henceforth be published online, replacing routine postal distribution.
The company has dispatched a reply form enabling shareholders to choose between: 1. Providing a valid email address (via QR code or written submission) to receive notifications of new electronic publications; or 2. Requesting printed copies of future corporate communications. Such requests will remain effective for one year unless amended or revoked.
Actionable Corporate Communications—materials requiring shareholder instructions or elections—will continue to be sent individually in printed form or by email according to each investor’s stated preference, in addition to appearing online.
