China Come Ride New Energy Group Limited announced on 25 September 2026 that the board meeting originally set for the same day has been postponed to an unspecified future date. The meeting was intended to approve the audited final results for the financial years ended 31 March 2025 and 31 March 2026, review the interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025, and consider a final-dividend declaration.
The company has experienced a prolonged delay in releasing its FY2025 annual results, as previously disclosed in statements issued between 30 June 2025 and 11 September 2026. Trading of China Come Ride shares on the Stock Exchange has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 2 July 2025 and will remain suspended until the FY2025 annual results are published.
Management reiterated that efforts are ongoing to finalise the outstanding financial statements “as soon as possible,” with a further announcement to follow once a new board-meeting date is confirmed. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
As of the date of the announcement, the board comprises three executive directors—Chairman Zhou Renchao, Wang Taoquan and Cao Dayong—and three independent non-executive directors: Chau Wing Nam, Ang Yunchun and Li Huajiang.
