Wuxi Life International Holdings Group Limited announced on 29 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, shareholder circular, notice of annual general meeting, and proxy form are now available on both the company website (www.wuxilife.com.hk) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to review the website versions of these documents. Those who have previously elected to receive printed communications will find hard copies enclosed with the notification.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access—or who prefer printed materials for future corporate communications—may complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.
