• 2025 Annual Report • Circular dated 30 April 2026 covering (i) general mandates to repurchase and issue shares, (ii) re-election of directors and (iii) notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting • Proxy form for use at the Annual General Meeting and any adjournment thereof

Shareholders who encounter difficulty in accessing the online documents may obtain printed copies free of charge by completing and returning the Change Request Form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com.
