Jiaxin International Resources completes HKD 2.40 million on-market buyback, treasury shares rise to 150,000

Jiaxin International Resources Investment Limited disclosed that it repurchased 50,000 ordinary shares on 21 July 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 47.68 to HKD 48.00, with an average cost of approximately HKD 47.92 per share. Total consideration amounted to about HKD 2.40 million.

Prior to the transaction, the company had 455.60 million issued shares (excluding 100,000 treasury shares). Following the buyback, the issued share count fell marginally to 455.55 million, and treasury shares increased to 150,000, keeping total issued shares unchanged at 455.70 million.

The repurchase was executed under a shareholder mandate approved on 19 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 45.57 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 150,000 shares, representing 0.033 % of the issued share capital on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, Jiaxin International Resources is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 20 August 2026.
