The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, along with other relevant departments, has released the 2025 Leading Smart Factory Cultivation Roster. This initiative is part of the efforts to implement the "Manufacturing Digital Transformation Action Plan" and advance the "14th Five-Year Plan" for intelligent manufacturing.

The announcement was jointly issued by the offices of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, State Administration for Market Regulation, and the National Data Administration on November 24, 2025.
