Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it will apply on May, 13 2026 to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading of 1,994,248 new ordinary shares of US$0.25 each.

The shares are being issued to shareholders who elected to receive stock instead of cash for the 2025 final dividend under the company’s scrip dividend scheme. The new shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares, and trading is expected to begin on May, 14 2026.
