J&T Global Express Limited (J&T Express) disclosed via a voluntary announcement that one of its consolidated affiliated entities has received an investigation notice from the State Post Bureau of the People’s Republic of China concerning work and production safety practices.

The board of directors stated that, based on current assessments, the investigation is not expected to have any material impact on the company’s overall business operations or financial position.

Management has initiated an internal review and confirmed full cooperation with the State Post Bureau, in line with all applicable laws and regulations. The company will continue to monitor the situation and issue further announcements if necessary.

J&T Express advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.

The announcement was authorized by Mr. Jet Jie Li, Executive Director, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, on 12 June 2026.
