IMS GROUP (08136) has announced that Dr. Li Huixian has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective September 1, 2026, citing his decision to dedicate more time to personal affairs.

Following Dr. Li's resignation, he will also step down from his roles as chairman of the remuneration committee and as a member of the board's nomination and audit committees, with the same effective date.

In a parallel move, Mr. Lu Jingchun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of both the nomination and audit committees, also effective September 1, 2026.
