Jiangsu Province has formally released the "Three-Year Action Plan for High-Quality Development of the Commercial Space Sector (2026-2028)." The plan outlines key milestones for the region's space industry by the year 2028.

According to the plan, Jiangsu aims to establish 1-2 provincial-level manufacturing innovation centers, significantly enhancing the region's capability for pilot testing and validation. The province will develop approximately 50 typical application cases for the commercial space sector, while methodically advancing the construction of several satellite constellations. The application of artificial intelligence will be further deepened across the industry.

The plan also sets a target for key commercial space enterprises to achieve an annual output value of 60 billion yuan. It aims to cultivate a batch of leading products in the domestic market within the ground equipment and application terminal sectors, while also steadily expanding the scale of satellite services.
