JST Group Corporation Limited disclosed that it bought back 242,100 ordinary shares on 30 April 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buy-back was executed within a price range of HKD 16.05–16.78 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 16.33 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 3.95 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury stock) fell from 435.97 million to 435.73 million shares, while treasury holdings rose from 290,000 to 532,100 shares. The latest purchase equates to 0.056 % of the shares outstanding prior to the repurchase.
The buy-back forms part of a mandate approved on 5 October 2025 that authorises JST Group to repurchase up to 42.60 million shares. To date, the company has repurchased 532,100 shares under this mandate, representing 0.125 % of the shares outstanding as at the mandate’s approval date. No repurchased shares have been cancelled; all are held as treasury stock.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, JST Group is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 May 2026.
