Huarong Energy Receives Additional HKEX Resumption Guidance; Share Trading Remains Suspended

China Huarong Energy Company Limited (Huarong Energy) disclosed that on 30 June 2026 it received “Additional Resumption Guidance” from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange requiring the company to re-comply with Listing Rule 8.16. The exchange advised that trading can resume only after the company rectifies all issues leading to the suspension and meets the listing requirements to the exchange’s satisfaction. HKEX may further amend or supplement the guidance as deemed appropriate.

Trading in Huarong Energy’s shares has been halted since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2025 and will remain suspended until further notice. The board emphasized that additional announcements will be issued in accordance with listing rules to update shareholders and potential investors on progress toward satisfying the resumption conditions.
