Japanese payment firm PayPay has initiated a roadshow for its upcoming initial public offering in the United States. The proposed offering price is estimated to range between $17 and $20 per share. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Mizuho Securities USA, and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering.
