An announcement has been issued regarding changes to the company secretary roles at SIGENERGY (SIX: 06656).

Mr. Huang Xueqi has tendered his resignation from the positions of Board Secretary and Co-Company Secretary of the company, effective June 17, 2026, as he intends to dedicate more time to his duties as the company's Chief Financial Officer.

Following Mr. Huang's resignation, the Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Mr. Qin Xing as the new Board Secretary. Subsequently, Mr. Qin has also been appointed as a Co-Company Secretary to succeed Mr. Huang.

Mr. Qin's appointment as Co-Company Secretary will take effect from June 17, 2026.

Ms. Lai Haoen will continue to serve as the other Co-Company Secretary for the company.
