CapitaLand Investment Limited announced on Aug, 11 2026 that Mr Hsieh Fu Hua will become Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director, effective Aug, 12 2026.

In addition, Mr Hsieh will join three key panels: the Executive and Sustainability Committee, the Executive Resource and Compensation Committee, and the Nominating Committee.

Following these changes, the board will comprise Chairman Mr Miguel Ko, newly appointed Deputy Chairman Mr Hsieh Fu Hua, Group Chief Executive Officer Mr Lee Chee Koon and nine other non-executive directors. Committee line-ups have also been updated to reflect Mr Hsieh’s new roles, while the Audit and Risk Committees remain unchanged.
