Aspial Lifestyle Limited announced the listing of 61,709,489 new shares issued under its preferential offering on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Jun, 16 2026.

The shares were placed at an issue price of 0.402 Singapore dollars each. Following this issuance, the company’s total share count stands at 2,062,248,181.

The preferential offering is part of Aspial Lifestyle’s equity fundraising exercise launched on May, 14 2026, which aims to raise approximately 84.8 million Singapore dollars in gross proceeds.

The newly issued shares rank pari passu with existing shares, except that they are not entitled to dividends or other distributions whose record date falls on or before their allotment date.
