KORE US REIT announced that its annual general meeting will be held on Apr, 16 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (Singapore time) at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level 3, Begonia Ballroom.

The meeting will be conducted entirely in person, with no virtual participation option for unitholders.

Printed copies of the Notice of AGM and proxy form will be mailed to unitholders, while the FY2025 annual report and related appendix can be downloaded from the trust’s website and SGXNet starting Mar, 25 2026. Requests for printed copies of these electronic documents must be submitted by Apr, 6 2026.

Key deadlines include: Apr, 2 2026 for advance submission of questions; Apr, 6 2026 for SRS investors and other intermediary holders to give voting instructions; and Apr, 13 2026 for lodging proxy forms.
