New share issuance • Between 2 and 7 July 2026 the company issued 206,000 new ordinary shares upon exercise of options granted under its 2016 Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme. • Issue prices ranged from HK$1.86 to HK$2.19 per share, implying an average cash inflow of roughly HK$0.40 million. • The new shares expanded the company’s outstanding share base by 0.00497% to 4,143.56 million shares.
Ongoing share buy-back programme • On 7 July 2026, WuXi Biologics repurchased 2,716,500 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HK$36.56–36.88 per share, spending HK$99.82 million. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation. • Including this purchase, the firm has bought back 39.82 million shares since 27 May 2026 for a total consideration of about HK$1.27 billion, or an average cost of HK$31.95 per share. These shares represent approximately 0.96% of the current issued share capital and remain outstanding pending cancellation.
Repurchase mandate utilisation • The annual mandate approved on 10 June 2026 authorises up to 411.99 million shares for buy-back. To date, 18.73 million shares (0.45% of shares outstanding on the mandate date) have been repurchased under this authorisation. • Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, WuXi Biologics is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 6 August 2026 following the latest repurchase.
