YesAsia Holdings Limited (YesAsia) issued 197,625 new ordinary shares in September 2026, lifting its outstanding share count to 419.19 million from 418.99 million at end-August. The 0.05% month-on-month increase stemmed entirely from employee option exercises under two existing plans:
• 2016 Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme – 16,000 options exercised, generating 160,000 new shares. • Post-IPO Share Option Scheme (pre-18 June 2026 grants) – 3,763 options exercised and 20,000 options cancelled, resulting in 37,625 new shares.
No options granted after the 18 June 2026 refresh were exercised during the month; 2.69 million of these newer options remain outstanding. Cumulatively, 22.70 million shares could still be issued across all active schemes (3.47 million under the 2016 plan and 19.23 million under the Post-IPO plan, including the refreshed mandate).
YesAsia received USD 29,849.03 in cash proceeds from September’s option exercises.
The company held no treasury shares at either the start or end of the month, and it affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25% minimum public-float requirement.
