Guangdong Yueyun Transportation Company Limited (stock code: 03399) has announced details for its 2025 Third Extraordinary General Meeting, scheduled on 18 December 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at 24/F, Yueyun Building, No. 3 Zhongshan Second Road, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.

According to the announcement, key items on the agenda include consideration and approval of the proposed annual caps for the Group’s Subcontracting Arrangements under the First Right of Operation Agreement, involving RMB376,307,000, RMB425,704,000, and RMB436,333,000 for the years ending 31 December 2026, 2027, and 2028, respectively. In addition, the Company will seek to renew the Rescue Services Entrustment Master Agreement signed with Guangdong Provincial Communication Group Company Limited, together with annual caps of RMB314,328,000, RMB316,117,000, and RMB317,924,000 for the same three-year period.

Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of Guangdong Yueyun Transportation on 18 December 2025 are entitled to attend. The register of members will be closed from 15 December 2025 to 18 December 2025 (both days inclusive), and transfer documents must be lodged by 12 December 2025. Trustees and proxies are required to submit valid documents before the meeting in order to be eligible to vote. The resolutions will be passed by way of poll at the Meeting.
