XINTE ENERGY (01799) announced that, following approval at an extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Hu Youcheng has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the company, effective from December 30, 2025, until the term of the Fifth Board of Directors expires. Concurrently, Mr. Hu Youcheng has also been approved to serve as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, with his term aligning with his tenure as a Non-Executive Director.
