The online package comprises: 1. Notice of the 2026 AGM 2. AGM Circular 3. Supplemental Circular to the AGM Circular 4. Proxy Form 5. 2025 RMB Final Dividend Election Form

Shareholders can access these materials by selecting “Shareholders Meeting” under “Investor Relations” on Sinotruk’s homepage. For investors who have opted for hard-copy communications, printed versions of the above documents have been dispatched.

To accelerate the shift toward electronic dissemination, Sinotruk urges shareholders to provide an email address via the enclosed reply form, enabling prompt notification of future corporate communications. The completed form should be returned to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by post (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) or by email (printrequest2shk@sinotrukhk.com).

Shareholders who prefer printed copies may request them at no cost by submitting a written notice through the same channels. Such requests remain valid until the publication of the company’s next annual report or until revoked.
