HOLLY FUTURES (03678) has announced that Ms. Chen Yanhua has resigned from her positions as (i) the company's joint company secretary; (ii) an alternate authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules; and (iii) the agent authorized to accept legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and Listing Rule 19A.13(2), effective from April 28, 2026, due to personal work arrangements. Ms. Chen Jingxi has been appointed as the joint company secretary, alternate authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from the same date. Mr. Huang Haiqing will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary, having received confirmation from the Exchange that he meets the qualifications for the company secretary role under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules.
