The shares were purchased at an average price of approximately RMB 15.83 per share (equivalent to about HKD 17.65 per share), representing roughly 0.32% of Jiangsu Shentong's issued share capital as of the announcement date. The total consideration for the acquisition amounts to approximately RMB 25.33 million (equivalent to about HKD 28.24 million).
