Central China Real Estate Limited (the Company, 0832) announced that the current company secretary and an authorised representative, Mr. Tsang Ho Pong, will resign from his positions with effect from 16 January 2026. According to the announcement, Mr. Tsang confirmed he has no disagreement with the board of directors and there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The announcement further states that Mr. Wan Shun Man, aged 38, has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorised representative effective the same date. Mr. Wan has 14 years of corporate governance, internal audit, and financial management experience. He holds a business administration degree in business economics from City University of Hong Kong, and he is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

The board of directors expressed gratitude to Mr. Tsang for his contributions during his tenure and extended a welcome to Mr. Wan on his new appointment.
