This three-year instrument was issued at a par value of 100 yuan per hundred, carrying a fixed annual interest rate of 1.70%.

China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. acted as the lead underwriter and bookrunner for the issuance, with Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. serving as the joint lead underwriter.

The note is scheduled to begin accruing interest on June 5, 2026, with interest payments made annually.

The final interest payment will be made together with the principal repayment upon maturity.

The proceeds from this issuance are primarily intended for repaying the company's existing debt financing instruments.
