Grace Wine Holdings Limited announced on 18 May 2026 that both the English and Chinese versions of its Supplemental Annual General Meeting (AGM) Circular, Supplemental AGM Notice and the Revised Proxy Form are now available on the company’s website (www.gracewine.com.hk) as well as on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Liu Yunqiang, “strongly recommends” shareholders to review the materials online, underscoring the group’s continued push toward electronic communications.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the web-based documents—or who prefer physical copies—can request printed versions at no cost. To do so, they should complete and sign the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong; postage paid for local mail) or via email at 8146-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders opting for electronic delivery of all future corporate and actionable communications must provide a functional email address through their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until such an address is supplied, notices of publication will be dispatched in printed form only.
