The company confirmed that its issued share capital remains unchanged at 3.26 billion ordinary shares as of the reporting date. No new shares were issued and none have yet been cancelled from the current buyback pool.

Latest daily transaction • On 07 July 2026, CG Services repurchased 0.50 million shares on-market at HKD 5.11–5.18 per share, for a cash outlay of HKD 2.58 million. • The shares will be cancelled; no treasury shares were retained.

Aggregate activity since 04 June 2026 • Cumulative shares repurchased for cancellation but not yet cancelled: 12.13 million, equivalent to 0.37 % of the company’s issued shares at the date the 2026 mandate was granted. • Based on the volume-weighted average prices disclosed for each trading day, the total expenditure on these repurchases is approximately HKD 63.57 million. • The repurchases were executed under the mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which authorises CG Services to buy back up to 325.83 million shares.

Regulatory parameters • After the latest repurchase, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—ending 06 August 2026—during which it may not issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares without prior Exchange approval. • CG Services affirmed that all transactions complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and the terms set out in its explanatory statement dated 27 April 2026.
