RITAMIX Affirms Stable Share Capital Structure and Public Float Compliance in August 2026 Return

Ritamix Global Limited (RITAMIX) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming a stable capital base and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million. • Issued share count stood at 472.00 million shares, comprising 466.76 million outstanding shares and 5.24 million treasury shares. No shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the month, leaving the structure unchanged from July 2026.

Public Float Status • RITAMIX confirmed that at least 25% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) was held by the public as required under Main Board Rule 13.32D(1).

Equity Incentive Schemes and Other Instruments • The company’s share option scheme, adopted on 8 April 2020, reported zero outstanding options and no exercises or grants in August. The scheme allows for up to 50.00 million shares to be issued in the future. • No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised during the month.

Governance Confirmation The board affirmed that all regulatory, legal and listing-rule obligations relating to securities issuance and treasury-share matters have been fully satisfied.

Overall, August 2026 saw no changes in RITAMIX’s share capital, underscoring a period of capital stability while maintaining requisite market float levels.
