LANCANG TEA (06911) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group achieved revenue of RMB 219 million, with a net loss attributable to owners of the company of RMB 91.0051 million, representing a significant narrowing of 70.41% year-on-year. The basic loss per share was RMB 0.69.

In 2025, the company continued to deepen its core business and promote the tea industry and tea culture. It was awarded the title of "National Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization" by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Additionally, the China Tea Marketing Association recognized the company as the "2025 Leading Enterprise in Pu'er Tea Industry Assisting Rural Revitalization." The company also received the "Significant Contribution to the Chinese Red Cross Cause Award" from the Red Cross Society of China.

During the same year, the company's products were awarded the international quality pass "STC Quality Mark Certification" by the Hong Kong Certification Centre. Its product, Dinghe Jingmai 001, was listed on the "Panda Guide China High-Quality Ingredients List." Concurrently, several of the company's outstanding employees received national and provincial-level honors, demonstrating recognition from government departments and various sectors of society for the company's active fulfillment of social responsibilities.

The reduction in net loss was attributed to a significant decrease in the group's asset impairment losses, which were confirmed through evaluation and audit procedures. The asset impairment loss for 2024 was RMB 211.1 million, compared to RMB 1.3 million in 2025. Furthermore, the group reduced its cost expenditures through cost-cutting and efficiency-improvement measures.

Although the company's revenue declined during the 2025 fiscal year, the group's cost of sales decreased by 35.6% due to the implementation of a series of cost-reduction and efficiency measures. Total expenses also decreased accordingly, with selling expenses dropping by 48.5%.

It is noteworthy that during the reporting period, the company closely followed the development trends of its key account (KA) clients. It fully leveraged its brand advantages, product design and development capabilities, and abundant raw material reserves to focus on breaking through in membership-based supermarkets and well-known tea beverage manufacturers. In the 2025 fiscal year, the large customer channel collectively achieved operating revenue of RMB 55 million, an increase of 1.0% compared to the same period in 2024.
