TENFU (06868) has announced that Ms. Leung Sui Ping has tendered her resignation from the positions of (i) Company Secretary of the Company; (ii) Authorized Representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Securities Listing Rules; and (iii) Authorized Representative of the Company in Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents and notices under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). Her resignation will take effect from March 21, 2026.

Mr. Ho Pak Chuen has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent, effective from March 21, 2026.
