Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited (STC) said on Oct, 15 2025 that Independent Non-Executive Director Ms. Wang Luolin will step down from the board, and all roles on the nomination, audit and remuneration committees, to focus on other commitments, effective Oct, 16 2025.\n\nDr. Chen will join the board on the same day as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He will also become Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees.\n\nDr. Chen, 68, holds a PhD, MA and BA in economics from the University of East Anglia, U.K. His current positions include Chairman of the Singapore Pacific Economic Cooperation Committee and senior corporate adviser to United Overseas Bank. He also serves as a non-executive director on several Singapore-listed companies.\n\nUnder a three-year appointment letter starting Oct, 16 2025, Dr. Chen will receive an annual fee of 30 million Singapore dollars.\n\nFollowing these changes, Ms. Wang will cease all committee duties on Oct, 16 2025, and Dr. Chen will assume the corresponding roles from that date.
