Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (CQRC Bank) has updated the terms of its final cash dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025, refining the payout currency, exchange rate and option-election timeline.

The board confirmed a dividend of RMB 1.1755 per 10 shares, approved by shareholders on 28 May 2026. For H-share investors registered in Hong Kong, the default payment will be HKD 1.3617 per 10 shares, based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.15840492. Investors may opt to receive the dividend in RMB at the same RMB 1.1755 per 10 shares; partial currency election is not available.

Withholding tax arrangements remain unchanged: 1) Non-resident enterprise shareholders face a 10% withholding rate. 2) Non-resident individual shareholders are generally subject to a 10% rate; this may vary between 10% and 20% depending on any applicable tax treaties with China. 3) Mainland individual investors accessing H-shares via Shanghai- or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect are subject to a 20% personal income tax, while Mainland enterprise investors through the Connect facilities bear their own tax obligations and, if they have held the H-shares for 12 consecutive months, may be exempt from enterprise income tax.
