STAR CM (06698) has announced the resignation of Ms. Zheng Li from her positions as the company secretary, the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the authorized representative for receiving legal process and notices in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance. Her tenure in these roles will conclude effective June 18, 2026.

The company has appointed Ms. Wu Di as the new company secretary, authorized representative under the Listing Rules, and legal process agent. Ms. Wu possesses the requisite qualifications and experience as stipulated under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules. Her appointment will take effect from June 18, 2026.
