KINGDOM HOLDING (00528) announced that effective August 27, 2025: Mr. Yan Jianmiao, who has served on the board of directors for over nine years, has resigned from his positions as independent non-executive director, chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and member of the company's audit committee in order to devote more time to other matters. Mr. Tang Tianheng has been appointed as executive director. Following Mr. Yan Jianmiao's departure from his roles as chairman of the remuneration committee and member of the audit committee, Ms. Zhang Chan, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as chairman of the company's remuneration committee and member of the audit committee.
