Hanvey Group Holdings Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on the company’s website (www.hanveygroup.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed communications will receive the hard-copy report by post. Shareholders preferring printed documents in future must return the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 8219-ecom@vistra.com.

The company stressed that maintaining a functional email address is each shareholder’s responsibility. Without a valid address on record, shareholders will continue to receive notices of publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form only, until an updated email address is provided.
