Beijing Beida Jade Bird Universal Sci-Tech Company Limited (Beida Jade Bird) has issued a proxy form for an H-share class meeting scheduled for 12:00 p.m., Friday, 26 June 2026, in Conference Room A, Block B, 3rd Floor, Beida Jade Bird Building, No. 207 Chengfu Road, Haidian District, Beijing.

The sole agenda item is a special resolution seeking H-shareholder approval to: • Amend the existing Articles of Association; and • Adopt a new set of Articles, both as detailed in Appendix II of the circular dated 3 June 2026.

H-shareholders may appoint one or more proxies—who need not be shareholders—to attend and vote. To be valid, the signed proxy form and any notarised power of attorney must reach the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East), by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, 25 June 2026, or at least 24 hours before any adjourned session.

Completion of the proxy form does not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person. For joint holdings, the vote of the senior joint holder, determined by the share register order, will prevail.
