According to an announcement by CARSGEN-B (02171), CT1190B, a universal CAR-T cell product targeting CD19/CD20, has completed the first patient infusion in its Phase I registration clinical trial conducted in China.

The therapy is intended for the treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma (R/R LBCL) who have failed at least two lines of standard treatment.

The results of the IIT study for CT1190B have already been presented as a poster at the 2026 European Hematology Association (EHA) Annual Meeting.
