Summit Ascent (00102) announced that as the company failed to fully comply with the resumption guidance and restore trading of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange by July 10, 2025, the Stock Exchange's Listing Committee resolved on August 15, 2025 to cancel the company's listing status under Rule 6.01A(1). The company will not request the Listing Review Committee to review the Listing Committee's decision under Rule 2B.06(2). The last trading day of the shares on the Stock Exchange will be August 29, 2025, and the listing status of the shares on the Stock Exchange will be cancelled from 9:00 AM on September 1, 2025.
