Yadea Group Holdings Ltd. (YADEA) reported that, with effect from 29 April 2026, its Board will consist of six directors: three executive directors—Mr. Dong Jinggui (Chairman), Ms. Qian Jinghong (Chief Executive Officer) and Mr. Shen Yu—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Chen Mingyu, Ms. Ma Chenguang and Ms. Liang Qin.

Board committees have been re-constituted as follows:

1. Audit Committee • Chairman: Mr. Chen Mingyu • Members: Ms. Ma Chenguang, Ms. Liang Qin

2. Remuneration Committee • Chairman: Ms. Ma Chenguang • Members: Mr. Chen Mingyu, Ms. Liang Qin

3. Nomination Committee • Members: Mr. Chen Mingyu, Ms. Ma Chenguang, Ms. Liang Qin
