SINO-OCEAN SERV (06677) announced that Mr. Shen Peiying has resigned from his position as the company secretary due to the need to focus more time on other business commitments. Effective December 13, 2025, he will also cease to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules and as the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law).

The board of directors also announced the appointment of Ms. Chen Jiamin as the company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and legal process agent, effective from December 13, 2025.
