Standard Chartered PLC (02888) announced that Group Company Secretary, Adrian de Souza, is set to leave his role on 14 November 2025. Scott Corrigan, currently serving as Group General Counsel, will assume the position of Group Company Secretary from the same date, while retaining his existing role.

Corrigan joined the company in 2014 and has been Group General Counsel since January 2025.
