Kingwell Group Limited (1195) recorded revenue of RMB37.16 million for the six months ended 31 December 2025, up from RMB34.85 million in the prior-year period. According to the announcement, this rise was mainly attributable to stronger property management service income in Mainland China.
Cost of sales rose to RMB32.08 million from RMB28.44 million, resulting in a gross profit of RMB5.08 million versus RMB6.41 million a year ago. The Group reported a consolidated net loss of RMB1.96 million, compared to a net loss of RMB1.11 million previously. Loss attributable to ordinary equity holders increased to RMB2.71 million from RMB2.50 million, reflecting higher costs for maintaining and operating property management services.
As at 31 December 2025, the Group's net current assets stood at RMB92.25 million, while total equity attributable to owners of the Company amounted to RMB95.58 million. Gearing ratio was reported at 6.48%. The interim results also noted no material acquisitions, disposals, or significant investments during the period. No interim dividend was declared.
