An announcement has been issued regarding the appointment of a new Financial Markets Director at Postal Savings Bank Of China Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 601658).

The board of directors of the Bank passed a resolution on December 26, 2025, approving the appointment of Ms. Yang Xilin to the position.

The Bank has now received official notification from the National Financial Regulatory Administration confirming the approval of Ms. Yang Xilin's qualifications for the role.

In accordance with the relevant regulations, Ms. Yang Xilin will assume her duties as the Bank's Financial Markets Director, effective from June 1, 2026.
