Times China Holdings Limited released unaudited operating statistics showing aggregated contracted sales of RMB2.03 billion for the seven months ended 31 July 2026, corresponding to a contracted gross floor area of approximately 202,800 square meters.

Within the month of July 2026, contracted sales amounted to RMB201.00 million with a contracted gross floor area of roughly 15,900 square meters.
