AIMS APAC REIT's stock price surged 3.36% during intraday trading on Thursday, reflecting strong investor confidence in the real estate investment trust.

The significant price increase follows the company's release of positive financial results for the nine months ended December 31, 2025. The REIT reported a 2.5% increase in distribution per unit (DPU) to SG$0.0725, with total distribution to unitholders rising 3.1% to SG$59.3 million.

Further strengthening investor sentiment were improvements in operational metrics, including a 4.1% jump in net property income to SG$103.7 million and a 1.4% increase in gross revenue to SG$141.1 million. The REIT's portfolio occupancy improved to 95.4%, supported by strong rental reversions of 8% during the period.
