Shangri-La Asia Limited said on Dec, 30 2025 that its wholly owned subsidiaries, Shangri-La International Hotel Management Ltd and Shangri-La Hotel Management (Shanghai) Co Ltd, have renewed their hotel management, training and proprietary technology agreements with Shanghai Pudong Kerry City Properties Co Ltd for the Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai.

The renewal extends the three agreements for a further three years, ending Jan, 05 2029, with all existing terms and fee formulas unchanged.

Under the renewed arrangements, the annual fee caps are set at approximately 8.8 million Singapore dollars for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026, 9.9 million Singapore dollars for 2027 and 10.5 million Singapore dollars for 2028.

Because the expected fee levels exceed 0.1% but remain below 5% of the applicable percentage ratios under Hong Kong listing rules, the transactions require public disclosure but do not need independent shareholders’ approval.
