Bairong Inc. (06608) disclosed a series of share repurchases and corresponding changes to its share structure. Between 28 April 2025 and 6 June 2025, the company repurchased a total of 3,274,500 Class B ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 7.8715 per share. These repurchased shares were cancelled on 9 February 2026, reducing the total number of issued Class B ordinary shares.

On the same day, 525,482 Class A ordinary shares were converted into Class B ordinary shares on a one-to-one ratio. This measure was taken in line with weighted voting rights requirements, ensuring that the proportion of shares carrying WVR did not increase. Following the cancellation and conversion, Bairong Inc. reported a closing balance of 380,370,714 issued Class B ordinary shares and 72,708,830 Class A ordinary shares as of 9 February 2026.
