Winshine Science Company Limited (Stock Code: 209) has announced a Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on 5 December 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at 35/F, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 248 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. The meeting will seek shareholder approval for a proposed rights issue covering a total of 1,299,962,832 new shares.

According to the official notice, the subscription price of the proposed rights issue is set at HK$0.14 per share, based on the allotment ratio of seven rights shares for every one existing share. The record date for determining entitlements is 19 December 2025, while the register of members will be closed from 1 December 2025 to 5 December 2025 (both dates inclusive).

Provided the resolution is approved and conditions are met, the rights issue will be underwritten by Planetree Securities Limited under an agreement dated 15 October 2025. Shareholders seeking to attend or vote by proxy must submit the requisite documents by the deadlines specified by the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited.
